We recognize the safety risks inherent to our industry and are committed to effectively dealing with these risks at every worksite on a daily basis without fail. Mata Construction works non-stop to grow our safety culture and expand our team’s safety awareness with the ultimate goal of zero loss time accidents. At Mata Construction we are pertinacious in the belief that a continuously clean and protected construction site equates directly to a safe project. This intense focus on a protected and clean project is a continuation of earlier industry standards that have eroded over the years. Our focus has allowed us to meet or exceed all the Occupational Safety & Health Act requirements and regulations. Our future is built on a safe work environment for our people - we aim to protect them.

Value Engineering has become a euphemism for sacrificing what you really wanted to budget. At Mata we call this process Collaborative Adjustment because we refuse to accept that there is no acceptable solution. We work as a team to retain the overall vision of a project. Our goal is to preserve form and function while providing fair and honest pricing, and a realistic schedule.

LIFE AFTER MATA
Mata Construction won’t hand you your keys and disappear. We believe our responsibility continues beyond the final inspection and past completion of the final item on the punch list. We deliver all operation and maintenance information plus the appropriate guarantees and warranties in a timely manner. We’ll also promptly schedule any client personnel training on new equipment with the designated subcontractor. It’s one thing to deliver on your vision, it’s still another to make sure it functions exactly how you expected it to and that someone knows how to make everything work when we’re no longer there.
